Auryx Construction is expanding, and we're looking for a Procurement Executive to join our team and support material sourcing and vendor management across our residential and JV construction projects.
What you'll do
- Source and negotiate with vendors for materials (cement, TMT steel, tiles,
electrical, sanitary/CP fittings, finishing items)
- Raise and track POs against site indents, BOQ, and material take-offs
- Coordinate with site engineers to plan procurement schedules per project phase and avoid stockouts/delays
- Maintain vendor database, compare rates, and track deliveries/GRN and quality
- Verify invoices against POs/GRNs and maintain procurement/audit records
What we're looking for
- 1–4 years procurement experience (construction/real estate preferred); freshers with solid material/spec knowledge welcome to apply
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Comfortable with Excel/Sheets; Tally/Zoho/ERP exposure a plus
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and follow-up skills
- Willing to travel locally to sites and vendors
