Key Responsibilities

New Supplier Development

Identify, evaluate, and onboard current suppliers specialized in Forging, Machining, and Rubber Molding.

Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Capacity Planning

Conduct regular supplier capacity assessments.

Ensure supplier scalability aligns with internal production forecasts and business requirements.

Risk Mitigation

Conduct supplier facility audits and assessments.

Ensure compliance with required quality standards and evaluate supplier financial stability.

Identify potential supply risks and implement mitigation plans.

Cost OptimizationDrive cost-saving initiatives through Value Engineering (VAVE).





Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction at the supplier end.

4M Change ManagementIdentify potential 4M changes in supplier processes.

Coordinate evaluation, approval, implementation, and monitoring of 4M changes.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-8 years of relevant experience in Procurement / Supplier Development / Part Development.

Strong exposure to Forging, Machining, and Rubber Molding suppliers.

Experience in supplier development, capacity planning, cost reduction, VAVE, and supplier audits.

Good understanding of 4M Change Management and manufacturing processes.

Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and supplier-management skills.

Automotive manufacturing experience will be an advantage.
