About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to join our growing IT company!

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process — from sourcing security solutions and negotiating contracts to ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, purchase order creation, and delivery coordination.
- Identify reliable vendors and suppliers for IT hardware, software, and services.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand material, service, and resource requirements.
- Evaluating solutions and tools as per the requirements furnished by the sales and technical team.
- Attending conference calls
- Work with the Sales team and Technical team in understanding and procuring solutions as per the client requirements.
- Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and budget guidelines.




- Track and monitor purchase orders to ensure on-time deliveries and quality compliance.
- Work with the Accounts Department to verify invoices, process payments, and reconcile vendor accounts.
- Prepare and maintain procurement reports, MIS summaries, and expenditure analyses.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain long-term relationships with key vendors.
- Assist management in strategic purchasing decisions and cost optimization initiatives.

- Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a procurement or purchase role, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of procurement policies, vendor management, and negotiation practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
