Job Summary:

Gravita India Ltd is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Procurement Executive – Lithium to join our dynamic team at the Corporate Office in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring lithium-based feedstock and equipment for our recycling operations, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality and environmental standards.

This role involves identifying and developing reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support our growing Lithium vertical. Candidates with prior experience in lithium battery recycling, OEM procurement, or technical sourcing in manufacturing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop reliable suppliers for scrap lithium battery feedstock, spent batteries, and recycling equipment.
- Negotiate contracts that ensure competitive pricing, quality standards, and timely delivery.
- Prepare, review, and manage purchase agreements and service contracts.
- Conduct market research and cost analysis to drive savings initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical,



operations teams to understand procurement needs and specifications.
- Ensure all procurement practices align with ESG goals, recycling industry regulations, and hazardous waste management laws.
- Able to do market survey (field work/ sampling) work/ sample collection.
- Able to meet & discuss with OEM & Manufacturers and do contract with them.

Education and Experience:

- Diploma/ BE/B Tech (Mechanical/ Chemical or Metallurgy or Equivalent)
- MBA (Sales & Marketing) or Equivalent

Additional Skill

- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid analytical and cost-analysis capabilities.
- Good understanding of ESG practices and compliance in procurement.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making.
- Willingness to travel frequently, including to remote vendor locations.
- Field-oriented mindset with practical knowledge of market surveys and sample collection.
- Ability to engage with OEMs and manufacturers for technical discussions and contract closures.
