Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage procurement processes for Electrical, plumbing, fire fighting systems, and other related materials.

- Coordinate with vendors to negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and quality standards.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding purchasing procedures.

- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management to minimize waste and costs.

Job Requirements :

- 2-9 years of experience in procurement or a related field (construction industry preferred).

- Strong knowledge of plumbing, fire fighting systems, and relevant building codes.

- Proven track record in managing purchases from multiple sources simultaneously.

- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to build robust relationships with vendors.
