We execute projects under national flagship programmes including AMRUT 2.0, Namami Gange, and state-level urban development missions, with operations spanning 6+ states and an annual turnover exceeding 300 crore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert procurement-related inputs into structured formats (POs, emails, Excel sheets, rate comparison sheets)
- Perform basic verification of purchase orders, invoices, e-way bills and delivery details
- Track pending orders, invoices, and payments
- Communicate with vendors for collection of QAP, pending invoices and confirmations
- Manage third party inspection of the materials
- Maintain and update purchase and vendor records
- Maintain all historic purchase related data of materials, rates & vendors
- Coordinate with procurement manager and site accountants for required documents and confirmations
- Assist procurement & accounts team with ad-hoc data and documentation tasks
Requirements:
- Graduate (B.Com from reputed institution or similar preferred)
- Fresher or 02 years experience
- Good working knowledge of Excel and typing skills
- Strong language skills in English
- Basic understanding of invoices and taxation preferred
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
