- We are hiring an experienced Process Trainer for an International Seller Support / E-commerce BPO process. The ideal candidate should have strong training and facilitation skills, excellent English communication, and hands-on experience in seller support operations.

- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Transportation: Both-Side Cab Facility
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Design and deliver onboarding training programs for new hires and upskilling sessions for existing employees.

- 1. Develop and maintain training manuals, presentations, SOPs, process workflows, and knowledge-base materials.

- 1. Explain e-commerce processes, operational tools, client policies, and quality standards effectively.

- 1. Conduct assessments and monitor trainee performance, learning progress, and knowledge retention.

- 1. Provide regular and constructive feedback to trainees.

- 1. Work closely with Operations Managers, Quality Teams, and client stakeholders to identify training gaps.

- 1. Maintain training attendance, progress trackers, batch reports, and compliance documentation.

- 1.



Ensure trainees understand and follow international quality standards, SLAs, and operational benchmarks.

- 1. Support improvement initiatives based on post-training performance and operational requirements.

- Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1. Education: Any Graduate / Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

- 1. Experience

- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Process Trainer
- on paper
- in an
- International BPO, Seller Support, or E-commerce process.
- 1. Strong knowledge of Seller Support, Merchant/Seller Onboarding, Inventory, Order Management, and Issue Resolution.

- 1. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- 1. Solid presentation, facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

- 1. Good knowledge of training documentation, assessments, and performance tracking.

- 1. Ability to work with Operations, Quality, and client teams.

- 1. Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a 5.5-day working week.
