Process Specialist – Renewals & Quote Management

Responsibilities:

- Manage renewal activities for service contracts

, including contract reviews, amendments, pricing and quotations.

- Support the sales team with quote creation, pricing sheets, orders and service requests

.

- Provide SME support for complex renewal and quotation-related issues.

- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve issues using available knowledge resources.

- Create/update work instructions, training material and knowledge-base content

.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

.

Experience & Skills:

- 2–5 years of experience in a

BPO/operations setting

, preferably in Renewals, Quote-to-Order or Order-to-Cash.

- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.





- Hands-on experience with service contract renewals, quote management, amendments and pricing

.

- Proficient in

MS Excel with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of

Quote-to-Order and Order-to-Cash processes

.

- Strong written and verbal communication; customer/client-facing experience preferred.

- Training and knowledge-base creation experience is an advantage.

Location & Joining:

- Pune-based candidates preferred.

- Graduation must be completed.
