Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain tooling fixtures for sheet metal stamping processes using CAD software such as AutoCAD.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

- Prepare PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation for current products or changes to existing ones.

- Conduct APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on press tools, jigs, dies, and other equipment in the Tool Room.
