Role & responsibilities

- Oversee Rubber mixing processes to ensure quality standards are met.

- Defective product handling methodology

- Develop and implement strategy effective mixing process mainly to optimize production on mixer, Mills and Preform Extruders

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for NPD and existing part to resolve issues related to rubber process and Molding

- Manage manpower handling, Training, and performance evaluation

- Knowledge about machines related to rubber products manufacturing; as to understand rubber compound during mixing process & molding

- Design and development of dies and fixtures in Preform extruder to improve quality; productivity and manufacturing efficiency.

- Supporting to Business Unit Managers for production processes mixing,



molding and so on.

- Documenting production data and adhering to quality control procedures

- Compound Design, Developing & optimizing rubber compounds

- Material Selection, Evaluating & selecting raw materials to ensure quality.
