Healthcare Insurance Claims Associate / Health Processor

- Review and process healthcare insurance claims accurately and efficiently.

- Verify patient information, insurance policy details, and claim documentation.

- Check claims for accuracy and completeness before processing.

- Maintain accurate records of claims and related information.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely claim adjudication.

- Identify discrepancies or missing information and follow up as required.

- Handle healthcare and insurance-related data with confidentiality.

- Perform computer-based claim processing and documentation.

- Meet required productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.

- Complete comprehensive training provided by the company.

- Work effectively during the assigned night shift.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Education: BA / BBA / B.Com / B.Sc.

- Graduation: 2025–2026 passed-out candidates only.

- Experience: Freshers eligible.





- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- Valuable English reading comprehension.

- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint (PPT).

- Typing speed of 30–40 WPM with high accuracy.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Willingness to work in a night-shift environment.

- Good learning ability and willingness to build a career in healthcare insurance.
