Shift: Rotational shifts

Employment: Contract

What Will You Do?

- Monitor system and network alerts.
- Identify errors and abnormal traffic.
- Understand the nature of alerts.
- Assign alerts to the appropriate internal team.
- Communicate technical issues clearly.




- Handle email communication with customers/stakeholders.
- Coordinate with global teams.
- Ensure alerts are properly documented and escalated.

What We Are Looking For

- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and HTTP/HTTPS.
- Strong networking fundamentals.
- Excellent English communication.
- Good written communication and email etiquette.
- Good computer and internet skills.
- Solid attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and explain technical problems.
- Willingness to work night shifts, rotational shifts and weekends.
- CCNA is an added advantage.

Important This is NOT a traditional L1 troubleshooting role.

The position focuses on Proactive Monitoring Alert Identification Correct Team Assignment Communication Escalation.
