Role Description The Printing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vellore, responsible for overseeing daily print production activities and ensuring consistent output quality. The person in this role will plan and manage production schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate with operators and designers to meet delivery timelines. They will monitor printing processes, inspect samples, troubleshoot equipment or workflow issues, and enforce safety and quality standards.

The Printing

Manager will also collaborate with sales staff to understand client requirements, optimize production efficiency, control costs,



and maintain inventory of materials and supplies. This role involves supervising team performance, training staff on best practices, and implementing continuous improvements in print operations.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in print production and printing processes, with the ability to manage end-to-end print operations.
- Skills in production management, including scheduling, resource planning, and workflow optimization.
- Knowledge of print design principles and the ability to work effectively with designers and pre-press teams.
- Sales or customer-facing skills to understand client needs, provide technical input, and support order fulfillment.
- Attention to detail, quality control mindset, and familiarity with industry-standard printing equipment and materials.
- Ability to lead and motivate production teams, manage timelines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in basic computer applications related to printing management.
- Prior experience as a Printing Manager or in a senior print production role is preferred; technical or vocational training in printing or related fields is an advantage.
