Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Design and Layout Engineer role based in Pune District. The engineer will design and develop PCB circuits, create and optimize board layouts, and ensure that designs meet electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing requirements. Daily tasks include collaborating with embedded and hardware teams, selecting components, performing schematic capture, and integrating analog and RF circuits into PCB designs.

The role involves reviewing designs for signal integrity,



EMI/EMC considerations, and reliability, as well as updating documentation and supporting prototyping, testing, and design revisions. The engineer will also work closely with production to resolve design issues and improve manufacturability.

Qualifications

- Circuit Design and Board Layout skills for developing robust, manufacturable PCB designs.
- Analog and Radio Frequency (RF) design capabilities for integrating mixed-signal and RF sections on boards.
- Foundational Electrical Engineering knowledge to ensure secure, reliable, and standards-compliant designs.
- Proficiency with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad, OrCAD, or similar) and schematic capture software.
- Understanding of signal integrity, EMI/EMC, grounding, and high-speed design practices.
- Experience with design for manufacturing (DFM), design for test (DFT), and working with fabrication and assembly vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
