Key Accountabilities

- Build strong relationships with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and candidates.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using market and talent insights.
- Source and engage high-quality active and passive candidates for niche roles.
- Partner with stakeholders to provide recruitment solutions and hiring recommendations.
- Deliver quality candidate shortlists with accurate information and regular feedback.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and build long-term talent relationships.
- Use recruitment data to track performance and improve sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information in relevant systems.
- Mentor junior team members and provide recruitment expertise and guidance.
- Support diversity, unbiased hiring, and overall team recruitment goals.
