Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership
- Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum from KG to Class XII
- Supervise syllabus planning, academic calendars, and subject-wise delivery
- Maintain academic excellence across Science, Commerce, and Humanities streams
Administration & Regulatory Compliance
- Oversee school administration, finance, and staff coordination
- Ensure compliance with CBSE affiliation norms and examination procedures
- Coordinate inspections, audits, and board-related documentation
Staff Management
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff
- Conduct classroom observations and performance reviews
Student Development
- Oversee counselling and career guidance initiatives for Classes IX–XII
- Implement academic tracking systems and remedial support programs
Parent & Community Engagement
- Conduct parent interactions, open houses, and outreach initiatives
- Strengthen communication between the school and stakeholders
Vision & Strategic Growth
- Drive strategies to enhance academic outcomes and institutional reputation
- Integrate technology and innovation into teaching and school operations
Qualifications & Experience:
Postgraduate Degree in any discipline with B.Ed (Mandatory)
Minimum 6 years of experience as a Principal in a CBSE-affiliated school up to Class XII
Strong knowledge of CBSE Senior Secondary curriculum, policies, and guidelines
Proven experience in handling CBSE Board examinations and result management
