Principal – AI Strategy & Transformation

Job Location : Bangalore

We are looking for a senior consulting/advisory leader to drive AI strategy, workforce transformation and AI-enabled operating models for global enterprises, GCCs and technology services clients .

Key Responsibilities

• Advise CXOs on AI strategy, GenAI adoption and enterprise transformation

• Drive AI journeys from ideation & pilots to enterprise-wide implementation

• Design AI-enabled operating models, workforce strategies and organizational structures

• Shape GCC / global talent strategies and future workforce models

• Advise technology leaders on AI-native engineering and productivity transformation

• Drive business development,



thought leadership and strategic consulting engagements

Ideal Profile

• 10–16 years in management/strategy consulting, AI transformation, workforce transformation or technology advisory

• Experience with GCC strategy / global capability models preferred

• Robust preference for candidates with SaaS, technology services or IT services client exposure

• Experience translating AI opportunities into business outcomes and implementation roadmaps
