Hiring: Pricing Coordinator | India

Wood Couture is looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Coordinator to join our Project Management team.
What Youll Do
- Prepare detailed pricing and costing for FF&E; packages, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, logistics and installation.
- Analyse vendor quotations for accuracy, competitiveness and compliance with project specifications.
- Support margin analysis and pricing strategies aligned with company targets.
- Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, procurement, sales, design and project teams.
- Prepare pricing summaries, comparison sheets and commercial bid documents.
- Maintain pricing databases covering products, vendors, freight, duties and taxes.
- Ensure accurate and timely pricing submissions while identifying discrepancies and commercial risks.
What Were Looking For
- 25 years of experience in pricing, estimation, procurement or commercial coordination.
- Experience in FF&E;, interiors, fit-out, furniture manufacturing, construction or hospitality projects is preferred.
- Solid MS Excel skills, including advanced formulas and pricing models.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally or Zoho.
- Understanding of BOQs, RFQs, RFPs and tendering processes.
- Exposure to international logistics and export documentation.
- Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
