About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Presentation Designer / PowerPoint Designer who has a strong eye for visual consistency, typography, layouts, and professional business presentations.

The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and comfortable working on existing presentation decks, fixing design inconsistencies, improving layouts, and ensuring presentations are polished and client-ready.

Please note: This position is strictly for immediate joiners. Candidates serving a notice period will not be considered unless they are available to join within 10 Days. The maximum budget for this role is 6 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, format, and polish professional business presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Review presentations slide-by-slide and identify layout, typography, alignment, formatting, and visual inconsistencies.
- Maintain consistent positioning, margins, sizing, and styling of titles, content blocks, images, charts, and other elements.
- Ensure consistent use of fonts, typography, colors, spacing, and visual hierarchy across presentations.
- Work with Slide Master and presentation templates to maintain consistency.
- Fix alignment and spacing issues using PowerPoint's Align and Distribute tools.
- Ensure page numbers, headers, footers, and other recurring elements are consistently formatted.
- Clean up charts, graphs, tables,



and data visualizations while ensuring all information remains readable and intact.
- Identify and correct spelling, grammar, and formatting errors.
- Ensure presentations follow US English conventions where required.
- Remove unwanted elements such as watermarks, comments, speaker notes, hidden/invisible content, and unnecessary master slides.
- Replace or edit images, logos, and other visual elements while maintaining the integrity of the content.
- Ensure final presentations are visually polished, consistent, and ready for client delivery.
- Perform a final quality check of the complete deck from a viewer's perspective before delivery.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is mandatory.
- Excellent understanding of presentation design principles.
- Strong command of typography, layout, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience working with Slide Master, templates, charts, tables, and PowerPoint formatting tools.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to identify small visual inconsistencies.
- Valuable understanding of business presentations and corporate design.
- Strong English communication, spelling, and grammar skills.




- Ability to work with existing content and improve its visual presentation without compromising the underlying information.
- Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with consulting, finance, technology, or corporate presentation decks.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
- Experience handling high-volume presentation design or production work.

Assessment Process

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a PowerPoint-based design assessment. The assessment will evaluate:

- Layout and alignment

- Page numbering
- Visual consistency
- Attention to detail
- Overall PowerPoint proficiency

The assessment requires candidates to work strictly in desktop Microsoft PowerPoint, as specified in the assessment guidelines.
