Role Summary

We’re looking for a caring, enthusiastic preschool teacher to join our inclusive classroom team. You’ll support children’s development across all domains through play-based activities, individualized attention, and collaboration with colleagues and families. Openness to learning and adapting to meet each child’s needs is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Create a welcoming, safe, and nurturing classroom where every child feels valued.
- Plan and deliver play-based learning activities that promote early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, social skills, and creativity.
- Support children with diverse learning needs and adapt activities to be inclusive and accessible.
- Observe children’s development, maintain simple records, and share progress with parents/caregivers.
- Build positive relationships with families; communicate regularly and respectfully.
- Work cooperatively with colleagues, therapists, and support staff; participate in team meetings.
- Follow classroom routines, health, safety, and hygiene practices.
- Attend training, implement new strategies, and actively seek feedback for professional growth.

- Minimum qualification: Open — interest, temperament, and commitment matter most.
- Experience with young children is a plus but not required; we will provide training and mentorship.
- Patient, warm, and nurturing attitude; strong empathy for children and families.
- Versatile, curious, and willing to learn inclusive teaching strategies and adapt to individual needs.
- Good communication skills and comfort interacting with parents and colleagues.
- Basic organizational skills and reliability.
- Willingness to follow school schedules, policies, and child-safety procedures.
