Eligibility
- N.T.T. / Early Childhood Education Diploma preferred
- Valuable command of spoken and written English
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and experienced candidates can apply
- Passion for teaching and working with young children
Key Responsibilities
- Understand children and their individual learning and developmental needs.
- Work towards the overall development of children.
- Create fun, engaging, and educational classroom activities.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Build and maintain a constructive relationship with children and parents.
- Treat all children fairly, objectively,
and with care.
- Collaborate with other teachers to create an inviting and supportive school environment.
- Monitor children's progress and report any potential concerns to the management.
- Manage day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, bathroom breaks, lunchtime, and rest time.
- Maintain effective classroom discipline and ensure children's safety.
