Role & responsibilities

- Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for preschool children in alignment with the Kidzee Pntemind curriculum and methodology.

- Facilitate holistic development of children across cognitive, physical, social, emotional and creative domains.

- Create a safe, joyful, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to participate.

- Conduct experiential, play-based and activity-based learning through stories, rhymes, music, art & craft, sensory activities, role play, games and hands-on experiences.

- Observe and understand individual children's interests, strengths, learning needs and developmental progress.

- Maintain regular records of children's learning, participation, developmental milestones and classroom observations.

- Encourage children's curiosity, creativity, communication skills, independence, confidence and problem-solving abilities.

- Follow daily lesson plans, classroom routines and academic processes as prescribed by Kidzee.

- Use innovative teaching aids, classroom resources and age-appropriate technology wherever relevant to enhance learning.

- Develop strong and nurturing relationships with children while maintaining appropriate classroom discipline and positive behaviour management.

- Ensure the safety, hygiene, well-being and emotional comfort of children at all times.

- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding children's participation, development, behaviour and classroom experiences.

- Participate actively in parent interactions, school events, celebrations, field trips, workshops and other centre activities.

- Collaborate with fellow teachers, centre head and support staff to ensure smooth functioning of the classroom and overall centre.





- Continuously learn and adopt best practices in early childhood education and child development.

- Follow all Kidzee policies, SOPs, academic guidelines and child-safety protocols.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline; NTT / ECCE / Montessori / B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. or equivalent qualification preferred.

- 13 years of experience in preschool / early childhood education preferred; freshers with the right attitude and passion for working with young children may also apply.

- Strong understanding of early childhood development and play-based / experiential learning.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with young children and parents.

- Warm, patient, empathetic and nurturing personality.

- Energetic, creative and enthusiastic about working with children aged 1.56 years.

- Ability to engage children through storytelling, rhymes, music, art, movement, games and hands-on activities.

- Valuable classroom management and child-handling skills.

- Strong observation skills and sensitivity towards individual learning and developmental needs.

- Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a preschool team.

- Willingness to learn, adapt and continuously improve teaching practices.

- Candidates residing in or around Gurugram / Sector 69 will be preferred.
