We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead - Presales to manage and mentor a team of Presales Executives while driving lead generation, qualification, and site visit conversions for our residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily calling activities, ensuring effective lead management, improving conversion rates, and achieving team targets. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and On-Site teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and contribute to business growth.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in maximizing lead-to-site visit conversions, maintaining CRM discipline, coaching team members, and ensuring consistent achievement of business objectives in a fast-paced real estate sales environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.




- 3-6 years of experience in Presales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Relationship Management, or Business Development.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience leading or managing a Presales/Inside Sales team.
- Real Estate industry experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms; Salesforce preferred.
- Robust analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with proven success in achieving sales KPIs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Real Estate Presales/Inside Sales.
- Strong knowledge of lead management and conversion funnels.
- Proven success in driving site visits and managing large lead volumes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
