Mavericks Landmark is a premium real estate advisory and channel partner firm specializing in residential and commercial properties across Pune’s prime locations.

We are looking for an energetic and communication-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound leads, understanding customer requirements, qualifying prospects, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, property type and timeline.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine prospects.
- Explain project details, configurations, pricing and key USPs to customers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with sales executives to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead qualification and site-visit targets.




- Maintain a skilled relationship with prospective clients.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, real estate, sales or customer service preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
- Marathi communication will be an added advantage.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
