Pre-Sales Executive / Associate Digital Marketing

IMPORTANT

This position is strictly for candidates with Digital Marketing Agency experience. Candidates from IT Services / IT Consulting / IT Pre-Sales backgrounds will not be considered. We are looking for a Pre-Sales professional with Digital Marketing Agency experience to support our sales team in client discovery, solutioning, proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in client discovery calls and understand their marketing objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Work with the sales team to develop suitable digital marketing strategies and service proposals.
- Prepare skilled proposals, pitch decks, presentations, SOWs, quotations, and commercial documents.
- Create customized proposals based on client requirements, industry, target audience, and business objectives.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams on scope, deliverables, timelines, resources, and pricing.
- Support sales teams during client presentations and proposal discussions.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and client questionnaires related to digital marketing services.
- Create and maintain case studies, service decks, one-pagers, capability documents, and sales collateral.
- Maintain a repository of proposals, presentations, case studies,



and reusable content.
- Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, platforms, services, and industry practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, preferably in Pre-Sales, Sales Support, Business Development, Account Management, or Sales Enablement.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end digital marketing services.
- Experience preparing digital marketing proposals, pitch decks, quotations, SOWs, and presentations.
- Experience interacting with clients and understanding their marketing requirements.
- Ability to work closely with SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content, and other digital marketing teams.
- Strong presentation, communication, and proposal-writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and proposals simultaneously.

Not Eligible Candidates currently or previously working primarily in IT Services / IT Consulting Pre-Sales are not eligible for this position.
