Role Description This is a full-time, in office Presales Associate role based in Mumbai.

The Presales

Associate will engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and present suitable luxury fashion solutions and collections. Daily activities include responding to inquiries, coordinating product demonstrations or styling sessions, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on leads, and collaborating with merchandising and marketing teams to align presales pitches with current campaigns.

Associate is expected to uphold PSL’s standards of premium service and contribute to a high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage effectively with high-end customers and internal stakeholders.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills, with an ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate fashion solutions.
- Sales support and presales skills, including lead qualification, proposal preparation, and basic negotiation capabilities.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and coordination with different teams.
- Interest in and basic knowledge of luxury fashion, Indian designers, and current trends; prior retail or fashion sales experience is an advantage.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, email, and standard office software to document interactions and prepare client-facing materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, maintain a professional appearance, and deliver a premium customer experience.
