Required Skills & Qualifications

- Overall 5+ years of experience with minimum 3+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Proposal Management, Commercial Operations, or Contract Management.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in reviewing and managing commercial/legal documents including MSA, SOW, NDA, Change Requests, and contract structures.
- Expertise in proposal drafting and response management for client pursuits, including RFP/RFI support, scope definition, assumptions, commercials, and solution documentation.
- Proven ability to create high-quality capability decks, client presentations, case studies, and other pre-sales documentation aligned with business and branding standards.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.

- Solid proficiency in

- Microsoft Word

- PowerPoint

- Excel

- Version/document management tools
- Ability to work in fast-paced proposal environments with multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Banking, Payments, FinTech, or QA/Testing services industry.
- Understanding of testing services such as SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Data Validation, and Automation Testing.
