- Attend Inbound Calls and Make Outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable Projects.
- Ensure solid follow-up with potential customers and push them for site visit.
- Service leads generated through digital, referral and relevant sources.
- Maintain daily reports of Fresh Calls, Site visits expected and Follow up calls on CRM. Ensure 100% Compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Under Graduate with a minimum of 6 months experience in Tele calling.
- Ability to take high call volumes.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
