Role & Responsibilities

- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning workplace for young learners.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities supporting cognitive, social, emotional, and motor development.
- Develop early language, numeracy, communication, and life skills through play-based learning.
- Maintain effective classroom management and ensure student safety and well-being.
- Monitor student development and maintain appropriate records.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Participate in school events and collaborate with the academic team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate with NTT / D.El.Ed. / Montessori / ECCE qualification preferred.
- Prior experience as a Pre-Primary / Mother Teacher preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, patient, caring, and child-centric approach.
- Creative and enthusiastic about early-years education.
- Strong classroom management and teamwork skills.
