Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for pre-primary students, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote collaboration and communication.

- Monitor student progress, identify areas of improvement, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and performance tracking.

- Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions to stay updated on curriculum developments.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher or related field (freshers welcome).

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field; Junior Basic Training certification required.

- Robust knowledge of nursery education principles, practices, and methodologies.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
