About the Role

As a Lead Teacher at , you are the primary architect of your classroom's learning environment. You will observe children closely, design inquiry-based experiences that match their developmental stage, document their learning journey, and partner with parents to support each child's growth.

This is hands-on, thoughtful work. You will be on the floor with children, reflecting with your team, and continuously refining your practice.

What You Will Do

- Plan and deliver inquiry-based, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children
- Observe and document each child's development, interests, and emerging skills
- Create a warm, organized, and sensory-rich classroom environment
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with children and their families
- Collaborate with the Head Coordinator and co-teachers through regular reflection, planning, and documentation reviews
- Communicate with parents through structured updates, meetings, and daily touchpoints
- Participate in ongoing career development and reflective practice sessions
