Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the academic and administrative activities of the Pre-Primary section.

- Plan and monitor age-appropriate curriculum and activity-based learning.

- Guide and supervise Pre-Nursery, Nursery, LKG and UKG teachers.

- Prepare academic calendars, lesson plans, activities, worksheets, and teaching resources.

- Monitor classroom teaching, student engagement, and learning outcomes.

- Conduct regular teacher observations and provide constructive feedback.

- Organize assessments and monitor students’ overall academic and developmental progress.

- Maintain effective communication with parents and address concerns professionally.

- Organize celebrations, competitions, assemblies, field trips, and other early-years activities.

- Ensure a protected, hygienic, caring, and child-friendly learning environment.

- Conduct teacher meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.





- Maintain academic records and submit reports to school management.

- Ensure that school policies, procedures, and safety guidelines are followed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a relevant field.

- B.Ed./D.El.Ed./NTT/ECE qualification preferred.

- Relevant experience in pre-primary teaching and coordination.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
