Pre-Primary Teacher

- Plan and conduct engaging and age-appropriate classroom activities for preschool children.

- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and learning materials suitable for young learners.

- Create a safe, caring, interactive, and child-friendly classroom environment.

- Implement play-way and activity-based teaching methods to make learning enjoyable.

- Support children's emotional, social, cognitive, and overall development.

- Monitor individual student progress and provide additional attention and support when required.

- Use creative activities, games, stories, rhymes, and interactive methods to develop children's learning skills.

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's development, classroom activities, and progress.

- Maintain classroom discipline, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.

- Collaborate with fellow teachers and management to improve teaching methods and learning outcomes.

- Encourage positive behavior, confidence, creativity, and social interaction among children.

- Maintain appropriate records of student activities, progress, and classroom performance.

- Knowledge of phonics, storytelling, rhymes, and activity-based learning.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 1–3 years as a Preschool / Pre-Primary / Kindergarten Teacher.

- Qualification: Degree or Diploma.

- Gender: Female candidates preferred.

- Prior experience in preschool or kindergarten teaching is preferred.

- Passion for nurturing and supporting the development of young children.
