Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a strong focus on maximising ROI, generating quality leads, and improving campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise bids, budgets, and ad creatives to improve ROI.
- Track and analyse campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Generate weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align paid campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively while maintaining campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, advertising tools, and platform updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2* years - 3 years of experience* in managing PPC campaigns.




- Robust hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience running campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube ads.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and conversion tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Good understanding of keyword strategies, bidding strategies, and campaign optimisation techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
