- Analyze monthly customer requirements based on schedules received from all customers based on the FIRM and Tentative schedules as received from Sales team.
- Plan production activities according to schedule, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Evaluating raw material position and preparation and release of RM schedule/requirements. Follow-up and ensure timely production and delivery of RM to each of the respective manufacturing plant. For bought out raw materials, closely follow-up with purchasing team to ensure timely receipt of RM.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Develop and maintain accurate production schedules using SAP B1 software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to production planning, control, and scheduling.
