We are looking for Power System Engineers with solid experience in power system engineering, network planning, transmission & distribution, and power system studies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with industry-standard power system simulation and analysis tools and be willing to work from the Bangalore office.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform power system studies and analysis for transmission and distribution networks.
- Support network planning and power system engineering activities.
- Conduct RMS and EMT studies and analyze system performance.
- Perform power quality and harmonics analysis.
- Work on protection and relay coordination studies.
- Support engineering activities related to utilities and renewable energy projects, including Solar, Wind and Battery Storage.
- Apply relevant IEC and IEEE standards in power system engineering activities.
- Develop, analyze and review power system models and study results using relevant engineering software.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
Mandatory Technical Skills

Mandatory Tools Hands-on experience with at least one of the following is required:
- PowerSafety
- PSS/E (PSSE)
- ETAP
Experience with PowerFactory will be an added advantage. Experience & Career Level
- CL8: 8–12 years – 16–23 LPA
Education BE / B.Tech only, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Power Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Other Requirements
- Candidates should be based anywhere in India and must be willing to relocate to Bangalore.
- Willingness to work from office is mandatory.
- Notice period: Up to 60 days.
- Candidates must be able to provide required educational and employment documents, including marksheets, degree certificate, offer letter, relieving letter and payslips.
- Cab facility available.
Interview Process
- CL8/CL9: Two interview rounds
