- Manage customer relationships from property booking confirmation until possession and handover.

- Maintain accurate customer records, agreements, payment details, and communication history in CRM/ERP.

- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Documentation, Projects, and Possession teams.

- Follow up with customers regarding payment schedules, outstanding dues, and required documents.

- Coordinate for Banakhat/Agreement, Registration, Stamp Duty, and other documentation as applicable.

- Provide regular updates to customers regarding project progress, construction status, possession schedules, and related activities.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally and ensure timely resolution.

- Coordinate with the Accounts team for payment receipts, outstanding statements, and financial clarifications.

- Coordinate possession formalities, including documentation, final payment, NOC, maintenance, and handover requirements.

- Maintain proper records of customer commitments, complaints,



follow-ups, and closure status.

- Conduct regular customer follow-ups and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Prepare CRM reports, pending payment reports, customer query reports, and MIS as required by management.

- Ensure timely and accurate updating of CRM software/ERP.

- Support customer meetings, site visits, possession events, and other customer engagement activities.

- Escalate critical customer issues to the CRM Manager/Management and follow through until closure.

Pay: ₹10,018.23 - ₹45,000.00 per month
