This role is central to shaping how our clients communicate — crafting narratives, messaging, and content strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement across digital platforms.

About the Role:

You will work closely with our creative, digital, and research teams to develop content strategies for political campaigns and public figures — translating campaign goals into compelling messaging across social media, video, and digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Develop content strategies aligned with client campaign goals and target audience insights
- Draft and oversee messaging for social media, speeches, press releases, and digital campaigns
- Analyze audience sentiment, trends,



and competitor activity to refine content direction
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and social media teams to execute content plans
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategy based on engagement and analytics
- Stay updated on political developments, public sentiment, and platform trends
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and narrative across all campaign touchpoints

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in content strategy, political communications, journalism, or public relations
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, Facebook) and their content dynamics
- Ability to analyze data/analytics to inform content decisions
- Strong research skills and awareness of current political and public affairs
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, especially during campaign cycles
- Experience with AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for research and drafting support is a plus
