Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Polarian ALM Technical Resource to support a long-term assignment with Sogeti. The candidate will be responsible for Polarian ALM programming, template customization, system administration, troubleshooting, and infrastructure support.

The role requires a combination of strong Polarian ALM technical expertise and the ability to handle day-to-day platform/infrastructure activities, including system-error checks and server upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Polarian ALM solutions.
- Perform Polarian ALM programming and scripting as required.
- Customize and maintain Polarian ALM templates, workflows, and configurations.
- Troubleshoot Polarian ALM application issues and system errors.
- Perform regular system health checks and error monitoring.
- Support server upgrades, application upgrades, and infrastructure-related activities.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Polarian ALM environments.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and client teams for issue resolution.
- Support configuration changes, enhancements,



and maintenance activities.
- Document technical changes, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions.
- Ensure the Polarian ALM environment remains stable, secure, and operational.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Polarion ALM.
- Experience in Polarion ALM programming/customization.
- Strong experience with Polarion template customization.
- Experience with Polarion workflows, configurations, and extensions.
- Good understanding of Polarion ALM administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience in system-error analysis and application support.
- Exposure to server upgrades and infrastructure support.
- Ability to troubleshoot application and environment-level issues.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience supporting enterprise-level Polarion ALM environments.
- Knowledge of Polarion APIs and integrations.
- Experience with scripting/programming used for Polarion customization.
- Understanding of application servers, databases, and related infrastructure.
- Experience working with distributed/global teams.
