We are looking for a PMO / Project Coordinator to support project planning, coordination, tracking and governance across Voyon Folks HRMS projects, including Product Development, Customisation, Integrations and Customer Implementations.

The role will work closely with teams across Product, Development, QA, Implementation and Customer Success to ensure projects remain on track and key activities, timelines and dependencies are properly managed.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and track multiple projects across different teams.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, action items and status reports.
- Follow up with project owners and team members on pending activities and deliverables.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies and scope changes.
- Monitor project progress and highlight delays or deviations to the management.
- Ensure required project documentation and processes are maintained.
- Conduct regular project status follow-ups and prepare management reports/dashboards.




- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of project governance processes.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Project Management or a similar role .
- Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools .
- Experience in a software/IT product or SaaS setting will be an advantage.
