- US/ UK P&C; INS expert with emphasis on Broking
- 18+Years of Experience in Managing P&C; Broking Operations (End to End operations across Current business, renewals, underwriting, Claims, Fiduciary)
- Managed a Multi-shore team of 700+ FTEs
- Good understanding of Industry Trends
- Led Major Transformation Projects Delivering Significant Benefits
- Handled RFPs/ Proactive Proposals
- Good experience in developing high impact presentations (PPTs) for internal and external customers
- Green Belt Certification

Key responsibilities

- Manage Delivery of End-to-End processes for multiple strategic accounts
- Identification of Additional Business Opportunities
- Create New Offerings/ Contribute to the COEs
- Focus on Building Niche skills proactively within the organization
