About the Role:

We are hiring a Senior Recruitment PMO qualified on the payroll of Vrinda, based in Goregaon, Mumbai. In this strategic role, you will act as the right hand to the Talent Acquisition (TA) Head. You will not handle direct sourcing or calling candidates. Instead, you will manage TA operations, track hiring governance, run capacity planning, and build data-driven dashboards to optimize the recruitment engine.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the TA Head to translate hiring targets into executable project plans and track recruitment KPIs.

- Define, standardize, and enforce recruitment processes and ATS data hygiene across business units.

- Design and maintain executive dashboards tracking Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Offer-to-Join ratios.





- Monitor recruiter workloads and forecast hiring demands to optimize resource allocation.

- Manage relationships, contracts, and budgets with external vendors, job portals, and agencies.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 6+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years specifically in a Recruitment PMO or TA Operations role.

- Must be comfortable working from the Goregaon, Mumbai office.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for complex data analysis and executive reporting.

- Exceptional analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
