Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Project Governance / PMO professional to support governance and coordination across a program consisting of multiple projects.

The candidate will work closely with individual Project Managers to monitor project progress, ensure consistent reporting, track risks and dependencies, and provide management with a consolidated view of program/project health.

Key Responsibilities :

- Establish and maintain project/program governance frameworks, processes, and standards.
- Coordinate with multiple Project Managers to collect regular project updates.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Consolidate project-level information into program-level status reports and dashboards.
- Maintain and monitor RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
- Track action items and ensure timely closure with respective stakeholders.
- Identify project delays, risks, and cross-project dependencies and escalate them appropriately.




- Prepare materials for Steering Committee, governance, and management review meetings.
- Coordinate governance meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, and track decisions and actions.
- Monitor adherence to agreed project governance processes and standards.
- Support project planning, milestone tracking, resource/status reporting, and performance reviews.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in PMO, Project Governance, Program Management, or Project Controls.
- Robust experience working across multiple projects/workstreams.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with RAID management, status reporting, dashboards, risk/issue tracking, and dependency management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, or similar project management/reporting tools.
