AbouttheRole

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ProjectManager/SeniorProjectCoordinator to manage end-to-end delivery of automotive software development projects. The role involves coordinating with global cross-functional teams, driving project governance, managing risks, and ensuring successful project execution while meeting Quality,Cost,andDelivery(QCD) objectives. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management, stakeholder management, reporting, and execution skills, along with experience in automotive software development programs.

Key****Responsibilities

- Plan, track, and execute automotive software development projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, resource planning, and dependency tracking.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Coordinate with development, testing, quality assurance, and customer-facing teams.
- Drive project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and customer status meetings.
- Prepare and present project status reports, executive dashboards, and project metrics.
- Ensure adherence to Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, OEM customers, and global teams to achieve project goals.




- Ensure compliance with ASPICE, Functional Safety, and Cybersecurity requirements.
- Support process improvement initiatives and project management best practices.
- Track action items and ensure timely closure across teams.
- Mentor and guide team members on project execution and delivery management.

Required****Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Project Management, Program Coordination, PMO, or Software Delivery Management.
- Experience managing Automotive Software Development projects.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
