1. DAILY MAINTENANCE

- BMC water filling.
- Checking & Filling of basement & terrace water tanks as require.
- Checking of floor WC's, Urinal Pots, wash basins, Taps, Jet sprays, water dispensers & water filter working condition.
- Checking of all floor toilet & main sewage drain lines.
- Updating the daily water consumption details.
- Normal floor maintenance.
- Maintaining the pump room & pump room control panel area.
- Checking the all sump pumps at LB area.
- Checking the firefighting hydrant and sprinkler pressure details.
- Fountain operation.

2. WEEKLY & MONTHLY MAINTENANCE

- Checking the condition of firefighting hydrant and sprinkler working condition details.
- Co-ordination with various Sub-contractor/ service providers water filter ,water dispenser, water tank cleaning, water sample testing for pre- planned preventive maintenance work on weekends or shut downs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
