A5 Automation is looking for a passionate and experienced PLC Trainer to join our training academy. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented PLC training and mentoring students to develop job-ready industrial automation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct hands-on PLC programming training.
- Train learners on Siemens, Allen-Bradley and DELTA PLCs.
- Develop practical training modules based on real-world industrial applications.
- Teach PLC programming, I/O, communication and troubleshooting.
- Guide students through simulation, programming and fault-finding exercises.
- Provide technical guidance and constructive feedback to learners.
- Keep training content updated with current industrial automation technologies.
- Support students in developing practical,



industry-ready automation skills.

Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in PLC programming.
- Experience with Siemens / Allen-Bradley / DELTA PLCs.
- Good knowledge of PLC I/O, industrial communication and networking.
- Knowledge of process control loops such as:
- Cascade Control
- Ratio Control
- Feed Forward Control
- Split Range Control
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Training or mentoring experience is preferred.
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or a related field.
