Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented PLM Executive to manage and maintain product information and support product lifecycle processes through PLM/ERP systems.

The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing product data, supporting workflows, and ensuring accurate and timely information across different stages of product development and production.

Candidates with experience in the apparel, fashion, retail, manufacturing, or imports industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain product information and data throughout different stages of the product lifecycle.
- Work with PLM systems to create, update, and maintain product details, specifications, materials, measurements, colourways, and other relevant information.
- Coordinate with Design, Merchandising, Production, Sourcing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and execution.
- Ensure all required product information and documentation is available and accurately updated at each stage of the process.
- Support and monitor product workflows, approvals,



timelines, and status updates within PLM/ERP systems.
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems and identify discrepancies or missing information.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve product data, process, or system-related issues.
- Support the team in ensuring products move smoothly from development through production.
- Work with internal teams and, where required, international clients/stakeholders to support product-related processes.

Key Skills & Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience working with PLM/ERP systems or in a similar product/process-oriented role.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, product data management, or process workflows.
- Experience in apparel, fashion, retail, manufacturing, imports, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of PLM/ERP software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of product information accurately.
- Positive coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for coordination with internal teams and international stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage timelines and priorities.
