Role Overview

We are seeking a PLM Teamcenter Architect with strong expertise in Teamcenter Unified Architecture, Active Workspace, BMIDE, ITK, and CAD integrations, combined with exposure to AI/automation technologies. The role involves designing, implementing, and modernizing enterprise PLM solutions, driving digital transformation initiatives, and integrating AI-driven automation into PLM workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Architecture: Define and implement scalable Teamcenter architectures (multi-tier, HA/DR, cloud-ready).

- Customization &
- Integration

: Lead BMIDE/ITK customizations, workflow automation, and CAD tool integrations (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks).

- AI &

- Automation

: Apply AI/ML, RPA, and KBE to optimize PLM processes (design validation, workflow automation, predictive analytics).

- Upgrade &

- Migration

: Architect and execute Teamcenter upgrades, site consolidations, and data migrations.

- Cloud Transformation: Drive PLM deployments on AWS/Azure,



integrate with ERP/MES systems.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business, engineering, and IT teams to align PLM solutions with enterprise goals.

- Leadership: Mentor cross-functional teams, enforce coding standards, manage delivery KPIs, and ensure governance compliance.

Required Skills

- PLM Expertise: Siemens Teamcenter (v10v25), Active Workspace, BMIDE, ITK, SOA, RAC, Dispatcher.

- Programming: Java, C++, Python, Shell scripting.

- AI/Automation: Exposure to ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), KBE.

- Cloud &
- DevOps:

AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.

- CAD Integration: NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD.

- Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PL/SQL.

- Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Protected, Waterfall.
