Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial automation topics• Deliver training for beginner, intermediate, and advanced level students• Teach both theory and hands-on practical sessions using A5 Automation training kits• Develop documents, presentations required for Training• Explain industrial applications, field examples, and troubleshooting methods in an easy-to-understand way• Guide students in live demos, lab exercises, assignments, and mini-projects• Train students on Siemens PLCs such as S7-1200 / S7-1500 and related software platforms• Train students on Allen-Bradley PLCs such as MicroLogix / CompactLogix / ControlLogix based on lab setup• Conduct programming exercises in ladder logic, timers, counters, interlocks, analog scaling, and PID basics• Teach HMI development for Siemens and Allen-Bradley platforms• Teach SCADA basics and practical use, including tag creation, alarms, trends, graphics, and communication• Explain PLC-HMI-SCADA communication concepts and industrial networking basics• Support training on control panels, I/O wiring, sensors, relays, contactors, VFDs,



and field instrument interfacing• Lab and Kit Management• Operate and maintain Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLC training kits• Ensure all training hardware is in working condition before practical sessions• Coordinate with management for spare parts, software setup, wiring corrections, and lab improvements• Assist in installation, testing, and demonstration of new training kits or automation panels• Maintain protected working practices in the lab• Assess student learning through tests, practical tasks, and project reviews• Provide technical guidance for student projects and interview preparation• Help students understand industry expectations and job-oriented practical skills• Support placement readiness by conducting technical mock interviews and resume guidance where needed• Course Development• Prepare lesson plans, lab sheets, assignments, and project ideas• Improve course materials based on industry needs• Suggest new modules based on current automation technologies and market demand• Assist in developing job-oriented short-term and long-term training programs

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
