Position: Platform Test Engineer (Manual & Automation)

Experience: 5-9 Years

Location: Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office)

Coforge is looking for a skilled Platform Test Engineer with robust experience in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, SQL, API Testing, and Data Validation. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of data-intensive platforms involving customer data ingestion, search, retention, and deletion processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate data ingestion, transformation,



and reconciliation across multiple systems.
- Test APIs, microservices, and backend services.
- Write complex SQL queries for data validation and integrity checks.
- Verify customer search functionality, retention policies, and deletion workflows.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Java/Python.
- Perform database testing and ETL/data validation testing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct performance, resilience, and security testing.
- Analyze defects, logs, and root causes and work closely with development teams.
